Villa D'Azur is a breathtaking waterfront property in Cote D'Azur, located in the pretty village of La Seyne-sur-Mer. The villa is poised elegantly against the dramatic backdrop of the sea, beautifully combining classic Provencal character with modern comforts. Inside, are five lovely and modern en suite rooms, a number of which boast extraordinary ocean views and offer access to private balconies. Two of the rooms are located on the ground floor, while the rest are spread between the first and lower floors. Guests can also enjoy a sleek, fully-equipped kitchen, a large living room with a fireplace, another smaller living room, a home cinema, a beautiful games room equipped with billiards, table football and table tennis, and an additional large room that is simply perfect for weddings and other events.

This glorious villa is located among 4,000m² of gardens, the perfect place for spending a relaxed holiday with friends or family. The terrace is spacious and sun-kissed, with spaces to wine and dine, alongside a dramatic infinity pool that blurs into the crystalline waters beyond.
