Boasting extraordinary views of the Adriatic, Villa Novel is a spacious and contemporary villa designed for a luxurious escape near Split. Every detail has been carefully curated for optimal indulgence, including the unique indoor wellness area which features a sauna and Jacuzzi. The ground floor also includes a spacious living room, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, each laid out with modern and stylish furnishings. All rooms offer access to the pool deck. The combination of floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors allows for stunning views and an abundance of natural light. Villa Novel is situated close to Rogoznica, a small village characterised by its quaint bay and tranquil waters. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and beaches here.
