Mediterranean gardens surround this airy house, with fruit trees and flowering shrubs, huge lawns and herb borders, a gorgeous pool with a ‘floating’ gazebo and Jacuzzi seats, and a children’s pool and toddlers’ play area. With exquisite views of the mountains and the Med, and automatic night lighting around the pool and gardens, facilities for outdoor living include a rustic dining pergola; a barbecue corner in the shade of a broad-leafed mulberry tree; and a covered veranda hemming the house, stylishly furnished for dining and relaxing, with bags of cushions piled on built-in seating.
