About the villa

Tiled floors, timber beamed ceilings and a colour palette of cool natural tones bring a sense of airy spaciousness to this welcoming family villa. A single storey hide-away, nestled amid the olive groves on a low and lovely headland, the house looks over the tree tops to the much-photographed harbour of St. Stephano, lined with waterfront tavernas and myriad sailing craft, and all just a ten minute stroll away. With mod cons including WiFi, a well-equipped kitchen, and air conditioning in each of its three bedrooms, the villa has an open-plan living/dining room, which opens on to a shaded and furnished veranda overlooking the seven metre pool. The perfect place for long and leisurely al fresco lunches, a shady barbecue area is adjacent to the poolside terrace.
Within easy reach of Kerasia, Kalami and Kassiopi for a change of scene and tempo, Stephanos shares its scenic promontory with sister-villas FOTOULA and EFTIHIA, though the three are each privately separate and completely independent.

About the area

St Stephano

Average weather

As you navigate the winding hill dotted with olive trees and beehives, St Stephano glimpsed far below looks every bit the archetypal Greek fishing village. Lining a horseshoe-shaped bay facing the Albanian mountains, it is a scattering of houses, a succession of tavernas, and a series of jetties, all set in a wooded amphitheatre dotted with elegant villas and cypress trees. It is striking, yet still has working fishing boats; a St Stephano holiday is a retreat of simple pleasures.
