With fabulous views of the sea and mainland mountains from its top floor balcony, this is a romantic retreat for two, enjoying the pool and gardens of the pretty Kasomitria building.

About the villa

Set on the hillside to catch the breezes and enjoy the exquisite coastal views, Kasomitria sits in gorgeous gardens of plants, palms and pink cascades of bright bougainvillea. With accommodation over several levels, each of its six apartments has a private terrace or balcony facing the bay, but Costaki’s location on the top floor probably makes it the best look-out point, as well as offering an extra level of privacy. Simply styled for comfort, the apartment has an air-conditioned double bedroom, brightly furnished sitting room and compact kitchen/diner. The swimming pool and its sunny terrace form the focal point in the grounds, and there is a communal barbecue area. The house is a ten minute walk from the beautiful beach of Kerasia, and this stretch of coastline is unbeatable for boating to sleepy coves and bays. St Stephano’s shops and harbour-side tavernas are also within walking distance, and nightlife in Kassiopi is just 6km away.

Average weather

Lying between St Stephano and Kouloura, Kerasia is one of the prettiest little coves along this idyllic stretch of coast. Shelving shingle, crystal waters, a couple of boat jetties, and a taverna are all contained within a sweep of bay between two rocky headlands, all backed by eucalyptus and olive groves. Kerasia holidays are ideal for anyone who wants to get away from it all: families with young children, couples who want to chill out together, or older folk looking for somewhere to enjoy the Greek climate and laid-back daily routine.

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
