About the villa

A lovely blend of English country comfort and Mediterranean lifestyle, this is a very relaxing villa, set just above the sea, with a path down to Coyevinas beach and a private boat mooring.  Following the lie of the landscape in its tiered grounds, the house opens directly on to the gardens from each of the two floors, in an excellent layout for two families or a group of friends. There are two bedrooms and a kitchenette on the lower garden level, while the upper floor meets a tree shaded terrace at the poolside and has two en suite bedrooms, along with a cool blue galley kitchen and an open-plan living room.Comfortably furnished, with cheerful rugs on the tiled floor, this room has sitting and dining areas, doors to a covered terrace which forms its al fresco equivalent, and an archway to a peaceful garden room, attractively styled and enjoying gorgeous sea views. Outdoors, a fabulous freeform pool sweeps round to an infinity edge which seems to merge with the blue of the sea beyond, and there are ample cushioned loungers and a built-in barbecue. Villa Elia is within easy reach of Kassiopi’s amenities, on foot, by boat or by road.

Important Information

The owner has two cats that live at the villa all year round. The maid feeds and cares for them. Please note the last 500m of the road leading to Bleverde is not paved or lit, so it is not recommended to arrive late at night.

Average weather

Capital of Corfu’s north-east, Kassiopi is a thriving harbour and resort. Within a ring of souvenir and beach shops, it has a heart of gold: a cleanly-paved harbour, well-tended gardens, benches for the weary, and smart shops, restaurants, and cafés. Pleasure craft and cruise boats jostle for mooring space with small trawlers. Canons point out to sea, their threat long faded, against a backdrop of stylish Kassiopi villas and apartments rising in terraces from the harbour. A holiday in the hamlet of Kelia lies on the hillside above, within walking distance of the town.

boat Hire 

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
