Our view

With steps straight down from the poolside to the white pebble beach of Krouzeri, this is a very contemporary luxury villa in Corfu, particularly well planned for friends or extended families.

About the villa

Groups of friends and families with a mixture of ages will love the layout of this modern villa, partly because the four bedrooms are placed for privacy, one on the ground floor, two on the first and, with the best of views from its balcony, a chic master bedroom, with en suite bathroom, right at the top of the house…but mostly because thoughtful planning extends to remarkable social space. Odysseus has two living rooms, each with air-conditioning, WiFi and smart TV, and both open-plan with a kitchen area and stylish seating. The ground floor room opens on to the poolside and has a games area, while the upper floor has a more grown-up feel and its own sunny balcony. 

Outside, an inviting heated pool is the obvious focal point, set in a lawned and decked surround and overlooked by a covered dining terrace and barbecue area. A series of steps lead down from here to Krouzeri beach and a handy taverna, and Kaminaki beach is within easy reach along the coastal path. Odysseus is terraced into the olive grove hillside, just above its twin sister-villa Penelope. The two are completely independent but could be booked together for large groups. A series of steps lead down to the long pebble beach, with a couple of tavernas an easy stroll away. There are tennis courts at nearby Nissaki Beach Hotel, and boat rental can be pre-booked to make the most of the coast.

Important Information

Please note that the Nissaki Beach Hotel is situated down the beach from the house and can on occasion be heard during high season.

Please note that there is limited headroom as you enter the master bedroom on the second floor. 

Please note that pool heating will usually bring the water temperature up to approximately 10 degrees higher than the night time temperature. As such in early or late season if the night time temperatures are low, guests may still find the pool feels cold despite heating.

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited. Smaller size boats can still be hired without a licence which remains unchanged.
