About the villa
Stylishly designed inside and out, there are beautiful and comfortable living spaces here for a seamless indoor/outdoor lifestyle. On the ground floor there's an open plan living room and kitchen with breakfast bar, with glass sliding doors opening to a dining veranda for al fresco meals. Steps lead down to a sunny terrace furnished with sun loungers into which the private pool is sunk, while the decking area boasts a comfortable outdoor lounge and Jacuzzi. Three of the bedrooms are found on the ground floor and open to a terrace, the master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a twin and a double with en suite shower room. Steps lead down to a television room on the lower ground floor, where a twin bedroom and bedroom with three single beds, both with shower rooms en suite, are also found. Children are well-catered for here, with a treehouse, playhouse with sandpit, and table tennis to keep them occupied. Perfectly located just a short walk from the pretty white pebbles and turquoise waters of Coyevinas beach, Indiana is also within walking distance of the pretty village of Kassiopi and a short drive away from charming St. Stephano. This is an excellent choice for a big family get together or a group of friends.

Important Information
Please note the use of P20 sun cream is banned in Indiana as this particular brand can cause very bad staining on sheets, towels, sunbeds and the villa is newly furnished. The owners of the villa therefore ask that guests do not bring P20 sun cream with them on holiday and do not use it inside the villa or in any of the outside areas.

Average weather
Slung like hammocks between St Stephano to the south and Kassiopi to the north, Avlaki and Coyevinas are two delightful shingle beaches within walking distance of both. Avlaki has a couple of nicely-sited tavernas. Coyevinas is just a tree-girt beach in a sheltered cove dotted with villas. Avlaki and Coyevinas holidays are quiet, close enough to the larger settlements for a greater choice of places to eat and, in Kassiopi, things to do.
